We are Elim Huddersfield (“Elim”), a church of the Elim Foursquare Gospel Alliance, registered charity #251549. We are the providers of this website “www.huddelim.org.uk” (the “Site”).
The terms and conditions (the “Terms”) expressly set out below apply to your use of the Site. By using the Site you agree to be bound by the Terms. If you do not agree to the Terms you are prohibited from using the Site.
You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only and in a manner which is consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations in the country in which you access the Site.

Governing Law
The Terms and the use of the Site are governed by English law. Disputes arising out of the Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts
