Friday 7.30pm-10.00pm Age range: 13yrs+ Everyone usually arrives around 7.30pm, and we start with a chill out time, making use of the tuck shop and catching up with each other. Around 8.00pm we sit down for some games. These can vary from good old ‘Empires’ to many a fun circle game and once we even had a big cooking night, baking individual cakes, so something for everyone I reckon! After some games we have a short meeting usually including some worship with our band at the beginning, followed by a short talk and discussion and some kind of activity in groups. We try to finish around 9.00pm often with some more worship. Then for the next hour we play more games, chat a lot and reopen the tuck shop until 10.00pm when everyone is picked up. It’s a great |
start to everyone’s weekend and we also have lots of socials throughout the year, ranging from ice skating and cinema trips to BBQs (and of course there's the famous annual youth weekend away). So if you haven’t been along before it would be great to see you.
