Since 1985 the Elim Pentecostal Church in Huddersfield, has included in its mission statement the phrase 'to demonstrate Christian love and care by meeting the social needs of the local community and beyond'. The church has been increasingly involved in the local community and the activities based at the 611 Centre and Oasis Youth & Community Centre are part of our church’s mission in the community.
