Various week nights in members' homes or at Oasis Youth & Community Centre Small groups are the life-blood of the Church and valuable to the discipleship of any believer. Often Sundays can be really busy, where we don't always get the chance to meet people, or else we can feel a bit lost not really knowing anyone. Mid-week small groups are a great place to get to know other believers, to engage with God's word, and to support and encourage one another in living for God and working out what that means in everyday life. Some of our small groups have an agenda for a particular ministry (World Missions), others are tailored to a particular ethnic group or culture (Masala), while others are just a healthy mix of believers that want to encourage one another with God's word, prayer and fellowship. Most usually meet fortnightly on Thursday and Friday nights of Group Week, and there are different regional groups in various areas of Huddersfield.
